AIS Names Amit Azad Chief People Officer
Former WNS Global Services HR leader to lead people strategy and organizational growth
HOUSTON, Texas (July 14, 2026) – AIS, a professional services and technology firm, is pleased to share that Amit Azad has joined the company as Chief People Officer.

As Chief People Officer, Amit will lead AIS's global people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, learning & development, employee engagement and wellbeing, workforce planning and total rewards strategy. He will work closely with business leaders to strengthen the employee experience, support career growth, foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and help ensure AIS continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent.
He brings more than two decades of human resources leadership experience across business process outsourcing, technology, insurance, telecommunications, analytics, and financial services. Throughout his career, he has helped companies navigate growth and build people programs that support long-term business objectives.
He joins AIS from WNS Global Services (part of Capgemini), where he served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and led HR strategy for the company's global insurance business, supporting approximately 18,000 employees across multiple regions. Earlier in his career, he held human resources leadership roles at TeleTech Services and Pioneer eServe.
