AIS Names Paritosh Pathak Chief Information Officer
Former Beyond Finance CIO to lead technology and security strategy
HOUSTON, Texas (December 3, 2025) – AIS, a professional services and technology firm, is pleased to share that Paritosh Pathak has joined the company as Chief Information Officer, effective December 1, 2025.

As CIO, Paritosh will oversee AIS’s technology roadmap with a focus on information security, system resilience, risk mitigation, and the day-to-day reliability of the company’s platforms. He will also guide AIS’s work on modern technologies, including practical uses of AI and advanced language tools that can help improve internal efficiency and better match the evolving needs of clients.
He brings more than a decade of experience in fintech, leading engineering, operations, and security teams and supporting organizations through rapid growth while maintaining stability and rigorous compliance standards, including SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS.
He joins AIS from Beyond Finance, where he served as CIO and guided the company’s technology, security functions, and call-center platforms as it expanded to more than 1,000 employees. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology roles at VRM Mortgage Services, National Bankruptcy Services, Black Knight Financial Services, and Litton Loan Servicing. He also founded EVC Software, a consulting firm that advised financial institutions on technology strategy, security, and operational improvement.
