AIS Welcomes New Chief People Officer to Support Continued Growth and Employee-First Focus
HOUSTON, Texas (May 19, 2025) – AIS, a leading provider of professional services and technology solutions, is pleased to introduce Bhavana Yadav as its new Chief People Officer (CPO).

In this executive leadership role, Bhavana will guide AIS’s global HR strategy and operations to include talent acquisition, organizational development, diversity, and employee engagement across the company’s growing footprint in the U.S. and India.
She will help shape and scale the organization’s people practices supporting continued growth, evolving client needs, and a high-performance, inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent.
With more than 22 years of experience in the BFSI, customer service, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors, Bhavana has held leadership roles across India, Malaysia, Japan, Kenya, and the UK.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of HR and Global Engagement at TaskUs India, overseeing the HR strategy and operations for a workforce of over 12,000 employees. Prior to that, she spent a decade at STARTEK (formerly Aegis), ultimately serving as Vice President and Country HR Head for Malaysia. In recognition of her impact, she was named "HR Professional of the Year 2023" by the HR Association of India.
