AIS Announces Appointment of Tom Clark as New President, Blake Hogan Becomes Chairman

HOUSTON, Texas (May 24, 2023) – As part of its continued growth strategy, AIS has named Tom Clark, an industry executive with over 25 years of financial services expertise, as its new President. Blake Hogan, the company's founding leader and former President, will now assume the role of Chairman.

Clark brings a wealth of industry experience to AIS. He recently served as Chief Information Officer at Cadence Bank, where he led information technology, information security, and bank operations. Prior to that, he spent ten years as an executive at USAA, contributing significantly to their digital banking, large-scale process automation, and bank transformation initiatives. Clark will be responsible for AIS's strategic management, product development, and the overall profitability of the organization.

In 1990, Hogan created Hogan Information Services, a company that compiled public record data for 8,000 courthouses across the country. He founded American InfoSource in 2000, where his leadership and visionary approach played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success. In his new position as Chairman, Hogan will continue to guide the company's strategic direction, foster key partnerships, and provide mentorship to the executive team.
