HOUSTON, Texas (April 30, 2024) – AIS, a professional services and technology firm providing quality back-office talent and automation, is pleased to announce the hiring of Subbu Rajasimhan as its new Managing Director of Consumer Finance.

In his role at AIS, Rajasimhan is responsible for end-to-end product development for the Consumer Finance business line, collaborating closely with IT/IS and Operations to set new standards and spearhead AIS’s generation of technological advancements. He will also support Customer Experience initiatives to help drive business growth and maintain our stellar customer relationships.
Most recently, as the Head of Innovation and Transformation at Bridgecrest, he led the modernization of the business processes, technology ecosystem and business practices to enable the Organization to operate effectively at scale and be a successful partner for its clients. Prior to this, he led the Collections and Loss Mitigation functions for Capital One Auto Finance, one of the largest non-captive auto finance lenders in the country. In that capacity, he successfully launched new business strategies to minimize credit losses and maximize cost savings, all while successfully managing many complex and highly regulated business operations that spanned across multiple geographies and systems.
