AIS Announces Key Leadership Appointments

AIS is pleased to announce two key leadership appointments that strengthen our ability to deliver innovation, growth, and delivering exceptional value to our clients. These leaders will play an important role expanding our capabilities and supporting AIS’s long-term vision.


AIS Appoints Steve Staid to Lead Mortgage Servicing Practice and Serve as Chief Administrative Officer

AIS is pleased to introduce Steve Staid as Managing Director – Mortgage Servicing and Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, Steve will oversee AIS’s mortgage servicing practice, with responsibility for shaping strategy, strengthening client partnerships, and driving the development of a complete catalog of mortgage servicing products and services. He will work closely with AIS leadership and clients to deliver solutions that improve servicing performance and reinforce compliance.

Steve brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgage servicing and financial services. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Mortgage Practice Strategy at Sourcepoint. He has also held senior leadership roles at Gateway First Bank, PHH Mortgage, Bank of America, Saxon Mortgage Services, and leadership positions with Lehman Brothers and Litton Loan Servicing. Steve holds a degree from Rhodes College and is recognized for his expertise in operational strategy, product development, risk management, and team leadership.


AIS Names Adam Womack Managing Director – Legal Services

AIS has named Adam Womack as Managing Director – Legal Services. Bringing more than two decades of legal and operational experience in the financial services industry, Adam will oversee the direction and growth of AIS’s legal services business.

His priorities include setting strategic direction, expanding market presence, and providing attorney oversight. He will focus on broadening the company’s portfolio of legal products and delivering tech-driven solutions that reinforce compliance, reduce risk, and produce desired results for clients.

"Adam’s extensive experience in mortgage servicing, bankruptcy, and legal operations makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead our legal services practice," said Blake Hogan, Chairman and CEO at AIS. "With Adam’s leadership, AIS will expand our legal offerings while continuing to deliver the quality, compliance and results our clients expect."

Before joining AIS, Adam was a managing shareholder at Buckley Madole, P.C., where he lead operations for its Texas and Florida offices. His earlier roles included Senior Vice President at National Bankruptcy Services, LLC; Servicing Operations and Retained Attorney Network Manager at Fannie Mae; and Compliance Officer at First Horizon Home Loans. Adam is licensed to practice law in Texas and Florida and earned his law degree from Texas Tech University.


Leadership Continuity

AIS also announces that Tom Clark will retire at the end of 2025. Beginning in October, company founder and Chairman, Blake Hogan Sr., will return as CEO to guide AIS into its next phase of growth and innovation. Tom will continue to serve as an advisor to ensure a smooth transition and provide strategic counsel.
